Reservations & Applications
     
   

We are pleased you have decided to apply for one of our trips! You can submit an application by any of three methods:

- Online Application -
*Click on "Book a Trip" in the left menu.
*Read the Terms and Conditions.
*Complete the form separately for each member of the trip.
*Send by mail the appropriate deposit.
*We will promptly send a receipt and trip packet.
We will hold your reservation for 7 days following reciept of your application, to allow for the trip deposit to arrive ( if you need longer before we cancel your reservation, please indicate so and why in the comments box on the Application Form).

-Download and Mail the Application -
*Click on "Download Application Form" in the left menu.
*Print the Adobe Acrobat formated form. The Adobe Acrobat reader can be downloaded for free, just click here.
*Read the attached Terms and Conditions.
*Fill out the form for each member of the trip.
*Mail us the Application Form, a signed Terms and Conditions, and the deposit.

-Recieve a paper copy of the Application -
*Click on "Request Information on a Trip" on the left menu.
*Fill out the request form and request an Application Form in the comments section. Be sure to indicate the specific trip and dates you intend to travel.
We are also taking reservations the old fashion way. Please feel free to call us at 1-(585) 721-7958 or
e-mail us. Because or trips often fill up quickly we will, at your request, hold your space on your trip of interest while we wait for snail mail to catch up.
