You can submit an application by any of three methods: - Online Application - *Click on "Book a Trip" in the left menu. *Read the Terms and Conditions. *Complete the form separately for each member of the trip. *Send by mail the appropriate deposit. *We will promptly send a receipt and trip packet. We will hold your reservation for 7 days following reciept of your application, to allow for the trip deposit to arrive ( if you need longer before we cancel your reservation, please indicate so and why in the comments box on the Application Form). -Download and Mail the Application - *Click on "Download Application Form" in the left menu. *Print the Adobe Acrobat formated form. The Adobe Acrobat reader can be downloaded for free, just click here. *Read the attached Terms and Conditions. *Fill out the form for each member of the trip. *Mail us the Application Form, a signed Terms and Conditions, and the deposit. -Recieve a paper copy of the Application - *Click on "Request Information on a Trip" on the left menu. *Fill out the request form and request an Application Form in the comments section.
